DVP EDI Store

Application DVP EDI Store is a universal extension of EDI and EAI systems. The main purpose of this application is creating an independent storage of EDI documents in the original form and their visualization to the printed format chosen by customer. Documents are stored in the original form.

DVP EDI Store can process outgoing and incoming messages.

Document status monitoring

  • Matching of all documents within one single business process (orders, delivery advice, invoic, return announcement, receiving advice)
  • Displaying the status of documents processing on the partners system

View of the communication history

  • Customizable filters allow to display documents e.g. for particular partner within a time period or other parameters

Document search

  • Search in the EDI envelope e.g.:
    • Document type
    • Document creation date
    • Sender, recipient, etc.
  • Search in the document content
    • Document number
    • Invoice date
    • Delivery date, etc.
