Target of the project:

  • Full business process coverage including electronical invoicing
  • Central integration tool with easy monitoring and automatic alerts for communication errors including non-EDI processes
  • Involvement of maximum amount of customers

Project´s content:

  • Integration of retail customers and consignment warhouses
  • Communication via AS2 and eXite
  • Standardized Edifact processes: ORDERS, INVOIC, DESADV
  • E-commerce portal integration including mobile devices

Benefits for the customer:

  • Building up the central platform for managing the business documents processes and other in-house processes
  • Usage of the existing solution for flat running integration of heterogenous IT systems within the consolidation process of brewerries Královský pivovar Krušovice, Starobrno and Drinks Union to Heineken group
  • Significant simplification of daily office work either with customers or with external logistic partners.
  • Wide utilization of central platform even for other business agenda (electronical archive of tax documents, cash desk administrative, mobile system for sales representatives)
